Minimum Qualifications: Education: One of the following: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field Associate’s degree in a human services field and two years of full‑time direct service experience High school diploma/GED and four years of full‑time human services experience Experience: Experience providing direct services to individuals with mental health needs, including counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and service coordination.
