Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • College credits may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience (1 year college = 1 year experience).

Experience:

  • 4 years of human services experience (with HS diploma/GED).
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Location Requirement: Onsite

Compensation: $20.4019

About the Role

The House Manager oversees day-to-day facility operations and assumes responsibility during the Director’s absence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling, evaluations, disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
• Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale.
• Manage audits, corrective actions, and documentation reviews.
• Oversee property safety, inspections, and equipment accountability.
• May conduct intakes, inspections, and host visitors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
