Job Description
UPTEMPO is a FREE career accelerator for women in STEM master's programs and master's-level graduates. Members get 1:1 mentorship, career coaching, mock interviews, AI-focused training (including free access to Anthropic's Claude training courses), and access to a powerful community of women in STEM — all designed to help you land the role you want.
As a member, you'd get:

We are looking for women in STEM who are in a graduate program or who have graduated with their master's within the past 2 year!

UPTEMPO is a workforce innovation platform accelerating the next generation of technology leaders by preparing job-ready women in STEM for high-impact roles in today’s AI-driven economy. We close the broken pipeline between education and employment by developing innovation-ready STEM talent with real-world experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, and AI Risk & Compliance.
Women represent only 26% of the STEM workforce and just 11% of STEM C-suite leaders. UPTEMPO exists to change that by building confidence, capability, and direct pathways to employment for underrepresented women in STEM while helping companies hire faster and smarter. Our proven pipeline includes:
