Tadiso, Inc. is a nonprofit outpatient behavioral health organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals experiencing substance use disorders. We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric and behavioral health services. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care, understands the broader social drivers impacting behavioral health and recovery, and demonstrates compassion, dignity, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide follow-up care, consultations, and medication management.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with supervising psychiatrist and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• CRNP (PMHNP-BC) with behavioral health experience.
• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania license.
• Active DEA registration without restriction.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to build relationships with patients and staff.
• Commitment to ethical and professional standards.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive computer tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Work performed in a controlled healthcare environment.
