Responsibilities The CT Technologist is responsible for operating all CT scanners within the Imaging Department to perform high‑quality diagnostic examinations in accordance with physician orders, departmental protocols, and established safety standards. This role ensures efficient patient flow, accurate documentation within EPIC and PACS systems, and the delivery of safe, patient‑centered care. Perform CT examinations in accordance with departmental protocols and safety standards. Obtain and document relevant patient history; prepare patients for procedures and administer oral and IV contrast. Monitor patients during exams, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately to emergencies, including CPR/first aid.
