Summary The Veterinary Technician Supervisor supports the Companion Animal Clinic of the Animal Health Institute by leading and training a team of primary care veterinary technicians. The supervisor is responsible for fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment to meet clinic goals and benchmarks specific to primary care services. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills are required for success in this role. The Primary Care Technician Supervisor participates in direct patient care, client service, and student instruction. This position ensures that patient care, doctor support, and client communication are consistently delivered with accuracy, compassion, and efficiency by the primary care technician staff.
