Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Certified Hospice Aide to provide in-home care to patients throughout our service area. This position requires travel to patients' homes to provide personal care and support to individuals receiving home health or end-of-life hospice services. Qualifications:
Current certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health or hospice care required
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required
