Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of the facilities on Midwestern University Glendale Campus.  This individual provides general assistance to all other departments/sections as needed.  This position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Installs, maintains and repairs minor plumbing, electrical and structural systems campus-wide. Events and classroom setups such as setting up tables/chairs and opening/closing moveable walls. General maintenance of campus facilities to include: interior and exterior painting work. repair of interior/exterior floors and walls. Installs and removes outdoor signs, parking signs, traffic control barriers and overhead banners as required. Moves furniture, filing cabinets and desks, etc. Operates pick-up trucks. Operates and maintain power and hand tools. Cleans work areas, tools and equipment. Other duties as assigned....
