Summary The Lead Building Technician (2nd shift) reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for guiding and assisting technical positions such as Building Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Mechanics, and Painters in the completion of their work assignments. Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of the facilities on Midwestern University Glendale Campus.  This individual provides general assistance to all other departments/sections as needed.  This position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
