Summary The Lead Building Technician (2nd shift) reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for guiding and assisting technical positions such as Building Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Mechanics, and Painters in the completion of their work assignments. The Lead Building Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with employing a 2nd shift preventative maintenance schedule and ensuring the quality of work is performed and completed in a timely manner. The 2nd Shift includes scheduled work from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday.
