Summary The Lead Building Technician (2nd shift) reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for guiding and assisting technical positions such as Building Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Mechanics, and Painters in the completion of their work assignments. The Lead Building Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with employing a 2nd shift preventative maintenance schedule and ensuring the quality of work is performed and completed in a timely manner. Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of the facilities on Midwestern University Glendale Campus.  This individual provides general assistance to all other departments/sections as needed.  This position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Installs, maintains and repairs minor plumbing, electrical and structural systems campus-wide. Events and classroom setups such as setting up tables/chairs and opening/closing moveable walls.
