Summary The Lead Electrician is responsible for the overall completion of routine and non-routine electrical work for the academic campus, clinics, and student housing. The Lead Electrician provides management and leadership to a dynamic team of electricians, special systems technicians, and equipment technicians. This position reports to the Supervisor of Engineering Services. The hours of this position are Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leads electricians by demonstrating high degree of technical proficiency in planning, installing, and repairing electrical systems and electrical equipment. Uses effective project management and communication skills to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
