Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 DOE

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Relationship Manager Associate to support a growing book of high-net-worth and family office clients. This role partners closely with a senior Relationship Manager and plays a key role in managing complex trust and family office structures.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of trust accounts, with a particular focus on clients operating within family office structures that are under LLCs and corporate entities.

The ideal candidate will have experience navigating the complexities of high-net-worth client relationships and an understanding of how family offices operate across multiple entities and accounts. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain trust accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance

  • Support complex client structures, including family offices under LLCs or corporate entities

  • Monitor account activity and perform routine reviews and updates

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide high-touch, professional service

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support client retention and growth

  • Assist with new account setup, distributions, and ongoing account maintenance

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, investment)

  • Prepare client materials and assist with meetings and presentations

  • Maintain detailed records of account activity and communications

  • Stay current on regulations, tax considerations, and trust administration practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • Experience in trust administration and/or financial services preferred

  • Exposure to or experience working with family offices under LLCs or corporate entities
