Relationship Manager Associate (Family Office Focus)

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 DOE
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Relationship Manager Associate to support a growing book of high-net-worth and family office clients. This role partners closely with a senior Relationship Manager and plays a key role in managing complex trust and family office structures.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of trust accounts, with a particular focus on clients operating within family office structures that are under LLCs and corporate entities.
The ideal candidate will have experience navigating the complexities of high-net-worth client relationships and an understanding of how family offices operate across multiple entities and accounts. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset.
Administer and maintain trust accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
Support complex client structures, including family offices under LLCs or corporate entities
Monitor account activity and perform routine reviews and updates
Respond to client inquiries and provide high-touch, professional service
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support client retention and growth
Assist with new account setup, distributions, and ongoing account maintenance
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, investment)
Prepare client materials and assist with meetings and presentations
Maintain detailed records of account activity and communications
Stay current on regulations, tax considerations, and trust administration practices
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Experience in trust administration and/or financial services preferred
Exposure to or experience working with family offices under LLCs or corporate entities
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of professionalism and discretion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
This role supports a specialized and growing book of family office clients, offering strong exposure to complex and high-value relationships
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
