Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities Provides intensive speech and language, feeding and/or Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) services and therapy to assigned caseload consistent with students’ documented therapy goals, including those defined in areas of instructional and therapeutic focus and/or Individualized Education Program (IEP). Develops and implements safe and appropriate therapeutic interventions; assists in development of feeding and meal-time plans, as needed. Assesses and develops therapeutic plans that address the communication, AAC, oral motor and feeding needs of students based on their individual strengths and challenges.   Evaluates, documents and monitors treatment and progress in session notes, progress reports and evaluations in a timely manner.
