Summary The Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Systems serves as Midwestern University’s lead project management professional for the Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation and, on an ongoing basis, for the University’s portfolio of enterprise systems projects. During the implementation, this position is the primary University-side project manager and serves as the day-to-day counterpart to the Drivestream Project Manager, owning the integrated project plan, issue and risk management, status reporting, and change management and training coordination across the Human Capital Management, Finance, Financial Aid, and Student pillars. Summary The Manager, Enterprise Systems leads the Information Technology Services team responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing operation of Midwestern University’s cloud enterprise systems portfolio, including Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP, EPM, Financial Aid, and Student) and the Jaggaer Procure2Pay system. The position supervises the functional analysts supporting each Oracle Fusion pillar and the technical analysts responsible for integrations, conversions, reporting, and custom development. During the Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation, the Manager is accountable for the quality, timeliness, and technical soundness of the University’s delivery work: configuration and functional design, data conversion, integration development, reporting and analytics, and extensions.
